I had the sinus tweaking and the ENT tweaked my nose at the same time. Instead of packing, he put in plastic "splints" with holes so you could (kinda sometimes) breathe through them. Was back at work in a bit over a week, breathing better than ever before.

Make sure they've done a fungal culture. Those rotten moulds can hang about in sinuses for a very long time causing all kind of trouble, and antibiotics are completely useless against them.

I know she is sick to death of my silly butt being at home.. the first couple of weeks was ok.. hell the first month was nice to have me home.. we got to snuggle and everything.. now she is just tired. I can not say I blame her. A huge part of my stress I suppose is not wanting to make her life more difficult. She loves me but I am a huge pain in the arse. ( I can be honest here) There have been many days I can not even transverse the stairs to leave the bedroom or my sitting room. ( we have our bedroom, bathroom and my study/sitting room/sewing area upstairs over looking the living room ) I have been pretty useless, and not being able to walk or hear does not make for the best of compainons. Some days I just lay in bed and she has to wake me to take meds and force me to eat. ( that is when you all do not hear me rant on social injustice for a day or two.. feel blessed.. but then I am back in here scanning to see who was a booger.. rest assured. *smiles* )

So praying for her to put up with me a bit longer and still have patience is a wonderful thing. Thank you for thinking of it. also for our um. He has been wonderful.. and his cooking skills have grown. ( he has stepped up to the plate and asked to cook when she has stayed up with me at night on the weekends) He does a pretty decent hamburger from scratch not to mention his roast chicken and pot roast. He will make a fine husband for some lucky gal or guy some day.

Thanks again all for all of the good thoughts and vibes they are helping. I felt wonderful at my RE meeting tonight. They even noticed I looked down right perky.

I'd wish you well too Gwyn - but the drawback of you getting well is that youre not going to be at home all day, posting here.

I recommend 80% cocoa dark chocolate, four times a day - for us to get over your absence when youre fully recovered!

I love ya'll but I soooo need to get back to work.

Being such a freakin workaholic all my life.. and then being home these last 3 months has made me pine for a telecommuting job. I guess I could deal with not having an office, and not putting on my cute heels and biz clothes every day. ( my PJ's have multiplied since I have been sick ) I am sure the not going to Dunkin Dounuts every morning would do me some good.. but gods do I miss thier coffee and bagel.

If any one has a lead on a telecommuting job.. clue me in. *smiles* I could get used to hanging out in PJ's all day.

Damn, Gwyn, over the months I have been on these boards your gaiety and genuine warmth/niceness has shone in all the posts I have read and while we haven't met/communicated in person, I still feel as if I know you a little through your posts and know that great karma is coming your way. Long illness drains a person, fight it, even when you feel like giving in to your exhaustion, keep fighting it and Ron is right, fart with pride - Record if you must, you can turn those recorded rectal explosions into cracking drum and bass tracks with FL Studio and Cubase.

Oh my God! I love it!!!!

My mother looked very simular to her.. it was amazing. I will have to find the photos and scan them in. She was amazingly glamorus. Had the pale skin and the perfect Blonde hair too. *smiles* I was the milk-mans kid. *chuckles* I looked kinda like her.. but most like my mimi. ( grandma)

****Huge Update****

I went to the ENT yesterday and he showed me the CT scans... I had a wee bit of pus left over.. but I have a clean bill of health! No surgery needed. I have overly large air bags ( odd eh? ) in my right passages.. but they arent so big as to need surgery. Thank God!

You guys have helped me so much! All of the positive energy and prayers *really* did help. I started feeling better when I first posted. You all had faith in my getting better and it happened.

I go back to the salt mine (work) on Monday. My 2+ month of sitting on my arse and afternoon naps is officaly over.

That part sucks.. but hopefuly the rat bastards will go back to paying me. LOL ( I havent seen a paycheck in over a month and my landlord has gotten past testy about rent. )

So I really want to thank you all so very much for all that you have done. *huggles to you all*
