Hiya BoiJen! Will email you on the other side, but for here: I have one on the back of each wrist (making me have to do one of them with my off-hand and yet it still went easy). The only place I have the pictures hosted right now is on my IAM BME page, so only one small shot shows..... but it's here: http://iam.bmezine.com/?RumpusParable in the next day or two I'll be uploading better shots to my domain so I can link them better to everyone I want to share with! :) Yep, I do for others. I don't work in a shop here in Augusta (all except one I find too filthy to work in and that exception already has an awesome piercer that I go to myself for things) but I do a sterile job between friends and clients with my own equipment. Chellekitty, they're still so young that rejection rates and timeframes aren't solidly known yet, but so far they've shown about a 98% success rate. Much less stress is put on them than surface piercings, as when they say "micro" they mean micro... the anchor is less than 1/4" long and maybe 2-3mm wide. I found the best tool for placing them was to use tweezers, they're so small. I'll take some contrast pictures soon, too, to show just how small we're talking soon... right now the best I could find online is this: http://www.microdermals.com/image/match.jpg Additionally, they're healing time is much shorter than the average surface piercing. 6-8 weeks, generally. I found that I couldn't have a surface bar stay healthy in me and am hoping these indeed work better for me, personally.
