I hate it when I have anything that is worthy of posting on here......

I hate it when I did not only not get the VA job but the interview I went on yesterday they are just not able to pay me what I need, let alone what I am worth.

I hate it when I can not find a job doing what I would enjoy, that would pay me something that I deserve due to my credentials.

I hate it that I feel like I'm trapped in the bowels of hell forever job wise...............

You don't deserve to be "in the bowels of hell." Keep the faith... there is an employer out there that's willing to pay you what you're worth. Be patient my friend, it will happen.

I hate that I missed my baby's 4th b'day party yesterday because of the damn snow shutting down the trains & burying my car![>:]
I walked about 45 minutes thru snow banks/slush, lost $5 and got sprayed w/mud by a truck driving by only to find the subway trains weren't running so I turned around & went to the FD to see if they needed help but they were fully staffed so I went home.....walking another 45 minutes.[&o]

I left my placement at 4.20pm to get home before my night shift...at 5pm there was still no bus coming...[>:]
So fine...lets use another one to get to the train station as at least that gives me an impression if the train is running...that did, I tried to get a card but that fucking machine did not bother to take my "S" button which I need to type in my station...so i thought "fine"....lets try the other bus which passes my place...it stops further away from my flat but still it stops in my town...after waiting there another half an hour again no bus came...so back to the station...by now I decided to go straight to work as it was going towards 6pm by now and if I would have managed to get home I would have to leave at 7pm anyway...now the next machine did not bother to take my "H" for my place where I am working either...[>:][>:][>:]

So by now, frozen stiff like mad, madam fibro causing agony big time I ended up queueing again at another ticket machine...and once i was due a guy asked me if he could go quickly in front of me as his train is coming...[8|][8|][8|]

"fine...just go ahead..." I was in no rush anyway...as I was 2 hours too early for work...frozen to half death but no worries, just go ahead....and then I finally reached a submissive machine who finally did what "I" wanted!!!

And after some more freezing on two different platforms I finally reached work at 7pm...instead of 9pm [:(][:(][:(]

I hate it that they can't run their fucking busses just because of such a little snow...plenty busses were running but of course not the two lines which pass my town...so now I don't know if my secret santa gift for my colleague finally arrived or not (which means I have the hassle to go home tomorrow before I am going on placement as I would be keen to sort it out tomorrow) and had no chance to get my phone charger either...so my phone is flat...oh I just fucking hate it [:(][:(][:(]

I hear you there... I was asked to leave a bus because it was being diverted because 'the snow had unexpectedly settled.' Whatever were they expecting the snow to do? Grow wings and fly away? Grow legs and walk off somewhere? Just hover about in the sky?

I've also heard 'the snow is colder than we'd anticipated.' And 'services disrupted due to extreme weather conditions.'

I spent most of yesterday out and about in London. At most we're talking about an inch of snow, in some places it isn't even settling. And it isn't even really that cold.

Imagine it. If you're an invading army no need for fighter planes or sophisticated weapons. Just cover the ground in snow and equip your troops with plenty of snowballs to chuck at us and we're be on our knees within half an hour.

LOL, it feels so nice when actually someone understand that nonsense...indeed, I heard comments such as "unexpected settled" "snow is cold" and "extreme weather conditions."

Yesterday on TV they reported about the trains which are not going to france at the moment because of the "horrid" weather conditions over there...What horrid weather conditions??? [8|] It IS December...in many parts of the world December is meant to bring snow...there is nothing horrid about it...just because they don't want to get used to it here does not mean they have to talk negative about it in countries where they are more used to it...after all...it is just snow...not a hurricane or tsunami or whatever [>:]

Hah, when that is extreme, what would they do if they would have a real winter here??? [8|]

You surely remember when thousands of schools were closed in february because of 3 snowflakes and now again many of them because they increased to 5 snowflakes...thats sooooooooooooooooo fucking pathetic!!!

In 2002 I was knee deep in snow at home, and apart from one train who got stuck during the night, no problems were reported...no schools and shops closed as it was here in february....gosh I could rant on forever...but well, you know it yourself, so I leave it [:D]

But yes...you don't need any serious weapons to get this country down...just  bring over some snow [8|]

Bring a toy of hers, or a small towel (hand or dish towel) with your scent on it.  That'll help her out.  And they'll give her good care there.
