Oh...and just to let you all know, 3, yes, THREE frickin messages later i finally got the moron to say "We'll pick him up at 10am".  6 words, all it took was 6 words, but it took over 2 hours to debate this [sm=banghead.gif]

i so wish to text him back and say "OK and i'll pick him up from your mother's house at 2pm", BUT i figure that's a debate for the day of. i am promising myself to NOT make him make another decision (two within one year? OMG). Not because i'm nice, but because it will confuse him and i can't take it. [sm=gaah.gif]

I hate that I talked to the boss/landlord tonight to explain why I wasnt going to be able to pay rent this paycheck.

my check is less than $630.00.  I have about $770.00 to go out.  I went over each bill that is due with him. 

His response? If I dont pay him next check I need to move out of my house.

Does the fucktard not get that if I have to move I'll be leaving FL??  and on extremely short notice? 

I understand biz has been bad (after all, I *am* there almost every day...).. but WTF does he expect after cutting my pay, when I already  was not making ends meet????

I'm not surprised that biz has been bad for him if this is an example of his mindset. I mean, seriously, and people wonder why the economy is so f*cked up?

Maybe if people were invested in, and tools and equipment used, and not the other way round, we just might have a better economy.

But sending hugs and wishes your way.. just sad they won't be able to pay your bills.

I think you need to explain to him what the consequences of those actions will be. How if that heppens you will be moving to another state and he will lose the employee that he relies on for many hours and that you can also turn him in for non payment of legal overtime pay. Ask him how he would fair without you?

I just had another check as I wasn't entirely sure, but you are correct...the online dictionary names it "cruciate ligament" what she has torn apart in addition to her broken leg...I know why I stopped skiing aged 12 already [8|] I would end up with such accidents all the time [8|]

I hate it when it is fucking cold at work...and to make things worse (for me) I gave one of the extra heaters to one of my service users (who is in bed wearing gloves as it is so cold)...it never fails to amaze me how cold the houses are over here...seriously...I can't remember to have ever frozen in any of the buildings in Germany...whereas over here....I don't know one where I did not [&o]
