I love that this morning (4:30 a.m. to be exact in case you care), I was talking with a friend in Europe.  Yes, thank goodness for Skype.  My friend was outside a church, waiting for mass to end, and when it did, I could hear the bells.  Imagine!  Here, the bells of a beautiful cathedral in Europe ringing out Christmas music, the Sunday before that holiday, and the power of the internet and cell phones... and I could hear them!  It was really a beautiful thing.  I am pinching myself.

*and on another note... I'm going to Mass today.  The 1 p.m. service - it's in Spanish.  Every year I go to mass at least once just out of respect for people I have loved deeply who are Catholic.  I like the music.  I like the glittery, sparkly things... I like that no matter where I am, mass is pretty much always the same.  There is some comfort in that.

I'm not sure I love this, however I respect myself for it..... I respect that I've decided to go to church this morning with His mother....I hope it is something that meets my needs...It's been a long time since I've been to church.....Actually, it's been since a horrific event at the last church I was a member of.

i love it when...i stopped at the gas station before i left town last night. i went inside and paid for my gas, walked across the lot, started to unscrew my gas cap and this white PT Cruiser pulls up next to me. The driver's side window comes down
man says "you're really pretty". 
"Thanks"
"you have a boyfriend?"
i smile and say "No".
"you busy?" 
*thinking dammit WHY did i have to tell perse i was coming*
"Yeah" i say, with a regretful smile.
"Dang. you really are hot"
"Thanks"
He drives away.

I love it that I traded cars with my daughter & she got back the car that she always loved.  I got a newer car, but with more mileage on it & we're keeping our own car payments, so this will still be paid off in 6 months.  WOOT!!

I love it that I got to meet both of the Owners's mothers & even the Mrs's grandfather.  I love it that after everyone went to bed in his home, His Evilness came to my motel to give me a proper sendoff.  I love it that I will be feeling the effects of this sendoff all the way across the country.  I love it that even though I only got 4 hours' sleep, I woke up early & am going to get a much earlier start than I had anticipated when he left me at 2am.

I love it that I got to spend time with Girly & her Sir, even if it was all too brief.  I loved the big hugs & kisses from them both.  I love it that I got to spend lots of time with my grand niece, Princess Gigglepuss.  I love it that I got to spend most of the day with my daughter, her fiance & his son.  I love it that his son specifically requested to spend some time with me.  I adore this child; he has a fascinating intellect & he tells great stoopid jokes.  [:D]

i love it that i had the good sense not to act on that concept at 3 when i heard it.

i love it that i might just start doing it about 2 times daily....as perse has unlimited text and really nothing better to do with her time.

So, heres hoping your ringer is on, the prison strap is close at hand, and that your Sir would like to know that linnie told me she likes 200 hard ones with said strap for a warmup.

didnt send, cuz it would have been sent in 2 text messages, it was very very late, or very very early and i didnt want him to misread it and give her 400 hard ones.....

im very responsible, see?
