...Master Richard and I found a lovely Labrador / Rottweiler Mix at the Shelter and already got a call after about 20 minutes that we can pick her up (was the only one available from the larger breed - as he only wants larger dogs on his land - and she is only 5-6 months old at the moment).
I begged him to return now to pick her up where he asked me to take her home instead of going to our daytrip, following which I suggested to take her along to our trip, as that included walking anyway...and he did [:D]

Cute but very shy (managed to get out of her collar when a neighbour dog was coming close to her at an evening walk back home, so she decided to shoot off when she is scared...but well...she surely will blossom with time), seems she was at the shelter since apprx. 8 weeks of age (according to their papers we got).

...MR and I decide to meet again in may at my place for a week (flight will be booked once I double checked the handing in time for my dissertation as I want to meet him when I have to hand it in that my stress level can finally go off my shoulders) following which I will join him back to here for four weeks.

... a friend from MR asked him today if he would take a dog from her (labrador/boxer mix) as well and he said he is happy to give it a try on a careful basis (which I am glad about as I talked a lot to him to adopt two dogs instead of just one).

...I really had a nice rest here.

...I get back home to my furrys...as much as I hate leaving here to jump back to my pressure in the UK with Uni, placement and work...I nevertheless love to get back to my furry gang.

I love it that my room will soon revert to mine again.  I love it that I can air it out & tidy it back up & move back in very very soon.  I don't love it that the woman is dragging her feet about packing up her sh*t.

I love it that she finally left!!!!!  I have never seen anybody move in slow motion before, but she actually does.  It took her 2.5 hours to pack her stuff & move it out to the car.  I think it took her another 25 minutes to walk out the door.  [8D]

I love it that my world is back to "normal" now.  I love it that Granny may be coming home, even though I'm pretty sure she won't stay home for more than a couple of days before we have to call 911 again.

Oh yep, indeed they do [:)] And all their food was gone so it was damn time to get back home (to be honest I expected to have one dried food box more back home then I actually did...so shame on me). However, they still had 3 cans of tin food and 3kg of dry food so they survived well [:)] thankfully they aren't big eather, though [8|]

I love that I have a 9am tour scheduled on Sat for my prospective new station.
I love that one of my favorite Officer's is going to go there w/me.
I love that I contacted my EMT Instructor from another station because they have a Swift Water Rescue Team and told him that I was interested in checking his station out as a prospective home for me but his recruiters were TOO SLOW at setting up an interview.
I love that he's going to light a fire under their butts to get an interview set up sooner rather than later.
I love that when I sent out an announcement to my current station that I'm on leave until at least April 24 I've been receiving lots of emails inquiring about my health...lol. (Sorry folks the old lady is in great health)

I love that the amusement parks are opening up starting March 27, 2010 so I'll be able to start taking the grandums for outing's again to our favorite place!

...I finally find the next payment dates for my last (potentially forever last [:(]) student installment whilst decluttering here...and seeing those coming up in april it means I can book my 2 week holiday for june [:D][:D][:D] Love it, love it, love it...and even more...I NEED it.

My fibro is causing me agony again big time and last year after one week in warm tenerife I was fine until recently...this time after uni finals I need two weeks...thats...for sure [8|]
