Status: offline 		I'm a very hairy sub. Mistress likes it that way, though she also likes the hair on my head kept vert tight. I do shave my balls and the base of my penis, but thats all. But then as a puppy boy the fur does help :-D

Status: offline 		I love the fact that all these beautiful Ladies enjoy/force males to stay hairless. Personally, I think the concept of men being hairy and Women being hairless should have expired the second we started making factory clothes. As an athlete (for swimming), I had to shave my leg hair. It felt very different but very nice and tidy/clean. I've been trying to keep up with it ever since.

Status: offline 		I think some of it is personal prefrence.  I think going back awhile it may have been a form of humilation.  All men use to have hairy chest and crotch's but now the norm seems to be hairless.  Also, its just another way of control.  If you have a sub whos uses to having a hairy chest and hairy cock and make him shave it theres a good chance hes going to feel more vulnerable.

Status: offline 		I like head hair, and prefer less body hair than more. I think it is because I am used to my husband, who has enough Native American blood to have very little chest hair, and no back hair, and as he is blond it looks like less.  By and large, however, I think that it really depends upon the person and their own style. I would no sooner automatically shave every sub as I would put every single one into the same garments to display them.

Status: offline 		I think the whole hairless submissive thing came from porn. When you have to have sex a lot its easier and cleaner (especially when you are having sex with a lot of different people) to keep yourself shaved. This then got into the collective unconcious and people now believe that "shaved is beautiful" or that a submissive should be shaved to conform with image. The forced shaving of a submissive can be a show of power for a dom/me, yes, especially if s/he doesn't want to do it. Imho though, the question that should be asked is "Are they only doing it because of the image of shaved is beautiful? Or do they have genuine preference/reasons for it?"

Been told (I have usually trimmed chest hair and hairy legs but not on back... phew) that removing body hair can be in itself nice powerplayb as I give away some of my 'masculine' aspects to a domme... altering my body temporarily. But then others absolutely love it 'kept on' and use it in play. So there may be genuine preference both sides or just on one side...

the same for my fair lady too, she likes a little chest hair, but otherwise i'm smooth all over.

Status: offline 		Some men look much better smooth and hairless; it fits them well.  Others look best with some hair.  A few look quite sexy, in a "bear" kind of way, with abundant body hair.  There isn't really a one size fits all answer here, at least not to my personal preference.

Status: offline 		Being hairless helps in terms of practicality...bondage restraints, CBT parachutes, and wax all can involve dealing with hair, and if the guy isn't taken care of...well. Even if you cut the wax off, it can be trick. And honestly, I don't want the sub focusing on one little pube when I'm weighting his frickin' balls.
