ORIGINAL: dollparts85 bowel problems, liver and kidney problems are long term...but I don't have any of those right now. My kidneys were a little off in my blood work but it was probably just from dehydration b/c the idiots in the hospital refused to give me water the first 5 days I was there. i said i was outta here. i lied. Doll...you have stated in past forums your were headed into renal failure. You have not been in the hospital since you began posting here but the last time you were in the hospital your kindey finction was off cause they did not give you water for 5 days. That is dehydration. It is not renal failure .In this post you are denying renal failure even tho you posted you had it a few days ago. Want me to did up the post for you? Holy shit. First of all...you were not deprived of fluids x 5 days. DAMNIT...you were not. If the medical staff would not allow fluids by mouth then you were hydrated via IV fluids. Secondly...no doctor is going to tell you that you are headed into renal failure because your lab work is showing dehydration. A dehydrated patient will show an elevation in the BUN level. For renal failure to be noted the BUN and creatinine levels must be elevated at the same time times three consecutive blood draws. And do not try to say that the creatinine level was elevated due to a high protein diet. You wrote that you lab work was elevated AFTER being in the hospital for 5 days and i know damn well the dietary dept of the hospital was not loading your tray with solid protein. You are telling so many stories that you cannot keep them straight. And as far as me being out of here? No. I had a change of heart. I will call bullshit each and every time i see you throwing it. I worked in an eating disorders unit for years. I went to school for 6 years to be able to do so. And as far as renal failure? My first husband died of renal failure and i resent the hell out of your claims. I was told that my kidney levels were "borderline" that like magnesium and stuff was high. (which I thought was weird being that it was an electrolyte) I was not denied fluids, I was denied water. They gave me juice, which I can not drink, and milk at meal time...so I only had 3 milks a day. That is all. In the eating disorders unit, you have to have water approved by the nutritionist...I came in on a Friday and did not see her until Tuesday. They were also worried b/c my urine output was very very low at first (like 400-500 ml a day) I got it up to around 1700 ml though once they allowed me free water. At the risk of getting "Mod slapped" doll, STFU!! Damn, i say we shoot you/put you out of your f**king misery.
