I live in the realtively small town of Charlottesville, VA. Besides the very limited bars and clubs, it is frustrating not to be able to meet with Dominant Women. HELP!!!!!

Start your own munch ( a social, usually held at a restaurant )
Hold it at the same place, day and time, and begin to expand your social network from there. I've dont it in small communities. Sometimes it takes months to really take off. But you got to eat anyways.

I live in a small rural town of some 1300 souls. Two towns of more than 5-6,000 within an hour. Hour and a half plus to real cities. So far I know of 3 of us within 15 minutes from where I live. We're everywhere........

Dosen't mean just encountering any ole Ma'am will do ya anymore than any ole boy or girl will do for us. It's not easy, it's never going to be easy - get used to it and accept it's going to take time and effort - lot's of it. After all, little really worth finding comes easily and Domina's (unlike that pizza delivery outfit of similar name) rarely delivah.....

With that said, starting a munch group or finding others within a reasonable distance to travel is a good way to go. Making friends with others in your area - not just seeking Dom/mes but especially other s's. It's called networking.

I believe you should move to a big city , or at least to visit frequently . A search of a REAL and SERIOUS Mistress is a difficult search , and it should be an active search from your side .

I would think it would be difficult to even find a compatiable nilla girlfriend in such small towns...

I think the big city is the way to go for perverts who want an active social life.

I lived in a tiny mountain community in the Sierra Nevada Foothills for several years. The only way to get any kind of social life with like-minded people was to drive an hour south to Sacramento. Did it suck being so far away from it all? Yeah, but hey, at least it was only a car trip away.

I live in a small town too...a couple hours from Denver; but there is Colorado Springs in between; a sprawling city of some 400,000. It cracks me up that I receive notes from poor boys bemoaning the fact I live so far away! We fish in such a small pond, and yet an hour or so is too far? Wow…

There are some BDSM groups around...I have since lost the link to the one closest to me... but that might be a start finding if there is a BDSM group local or semi local to where you live.

No matter where you were located, there would be a shortage of Dommes around.   We're not exactly common, you know?

That said - you have to decide how much effort you are willing to put into meeting someone.   If you are only open to finding someone who lives within a half hour's drive, say...then you're most likely going to be out of luck.

Think hard about what you're really willing to do to find what you want.   Are you willing to drive 2 or 3 hours to a munch? Then there's probably scene activities within your radar. Do you have the financial resources to travel and stay a few nights in a hotel on a regular basis if you meet people outside of your area?   Are you willing to relocate if you find someone you think it may work out with?

And most of all - if you're using online to potentially meet people, you MUST have a decent profile with some information about yourself, and be willing to send out a picture if you don't have one posted.

You are three hours from one of the largest and most active bdsm communities in the U.S. Start your own local munch or meet up, and make a point to come to the big city now and then.
