Status: offline 		Mine are both C, and I want some implants too. We could always go half. I get one...you get one. Or we could wait for the OP to try his hanging by the breasts idea and wait for hers to come off. I wonder if they let you bring your own.

I do know, however, breast implants can break, puncture and burst from force.  My husband was involved in regular "rough" vanilla sex with his former parnter and hers broke. Apparently it was very painful (saline in the body burns), costly to repair and very embarassing for them both..it actually ended up in a legal matter as she sued him for damages. (She lost.)

I have also seen some really well done rope bondage suspension where the breast are tied and around the ribcage  to support part of the body weight.  It appeared that the breast were bound and taking quite a bit of force.  I think it would depend on many factors to do this safely, skill being number one, body weight, rope tension etc....OH and a lot of practice too.

I would definately try finding a board certified plastic surgeon and ask him how much force they could handle.  In the meantime...hang her by her legs (in proper suspension equiptment).

you are very small bodied...C is perfect for you.  you get bigger it wont look proper.

if i had C i would be in heaven.  i could actually wear bra's if i had C.

Obviously?  Nearly half of breast augmentations done today are done sub-pectorally.  Whether a person chooses "overs" or "unders" depends on a whole host of variables.

Status: offline 		Asking someone is a good start. Asking someone qualified is better. Talk to a plastic surgeon, and someone with skill and experience in full suspension activities. This is something I personally wouldn't recommend approaching without proper knowledge.

Status: offline 		Harmwolf, I've played with two women that had breast augmentation surgery and one with breast reduction. the girl with the reduction grew cysts behind one of her nipples that were painful and made playing on that side almost impossible. The other two with augmentation were concerned that severe breast bondage or breast torture might induce complications if not immediately, but down the road. I choose the side of caution in these cases. As others have mentioned, you might consider getting professional advice although I think I know what the advice will be.

Remember, no matter what a sub/slave wants, begs or asks you to do, her welfare, over and above her needs, are you first responsibility.

Status: offline 		I am just picturing the "average" plastic surgeon or M.D. of any kind being presented with this question. It might be a good idea to have a very good idea of whom you are asking the Q. Or, if you use a phone,you might want to block your #. The story is sure to make it's rounds amongst  that medical community or some cocktail party, at least. The OP might become a legend, like the guy who went to the ER to have a lightbulb removed from his ass. (Yes, they do make some heavy glass bulbs).

Status: offline 		The shell of silicon implants gets thinner the longer they are in there. Eventually, there is no shell left - just go in the bodys capsule. Thats why they are supposed to be changed regularly.
Saline implants have  a thick silicon shell and can stand a fair amount of pressure. I have seen plastic surgeons squeeze the living crap out of them to rupture capsules forming around them and distorting the shape (under anaesthesia).

However, like the silicon implants, I would think that the shell of the saline implants would get thinner and weaker with time, so really rough play would be inadvisable.

I think you and your sub need to find another way to satisfy this urge.  (  long time rn)

MasterWilliam55, I didn't think we were dicussing sexual activity per se. The question is about hanging a lady by her tits, implants or not.

Anyhow, I think there is a clear consensus in this thread that hanging a woman by her tits prolly isn't a very good idea. Common sense, no M.D. needed. MsInCotrol , Stepphan, and I believe, a few others, offered sane alternatives to achieve essentially the desired effect, I think.
