ORIGINAL: cjan I am just picturing the "average" plastic surgeon or M.D. of any kind being presented with this question. You don't need to ask the "average" plastic surgeon or M.D. about B&D related questions. The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (http://www.ncsfreedom.org) has a search function for finding "kink friendly" professionals. Here's a couple that came up on a quick search, (http://www.ncsfreedom.org/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=75): Michael A Bain, M.D. Newport Beach, CA Dr. Bain is a cosmetic and plastic surgeon who is aware of alternative lifestyles and some of the special requests that are asked. Bruce J. Nadler, M.D., Plastic Surgery, Nadler International Center for Enhancement and Rejuvenation, Smithtown, NY or New York, NY The websites for these doctors and contact information is provided. There are probably many more than these 2 and searching is simple. As to the OP's question, i would say that checking on the durability of breast implants, under the stress of bondage, is a very good question to ask. But, where suspension bondage is concerned, there are a lot of other questions that should be asked, as well. Hopefully, both of you are already experienced in suspension bondage. Hopefully, she hasn't just seen some cool looking pictures of suspension bondage and decided she wanted to do that. For some really good information on things to consider before diving into suspension bondage, try http://www.esinem.com/main-safety.html. It also has some links to several articles that deal with safety issues of suspension bondage. joy Owned servant of Master David
