Status: offline 		I've been on this site since Oct 06.   I met my pet in April of 07 and if you only count r/l, then he has been with me since June of 07. 
I have met several people that are on this site, I must say most of the people who will go r/t have been wonderful.  Most of those I have met remain friends.

Status: offline 		I joined collarme.com a few months over 2 years ago.  Have been with my Sir for a month or so over 2 years - 24/7 - and would never go back. My profile wasn't anything special, but since I was new, he emailed me. He feels that there are enough posers out there that get a new sub and damage or scare them enough that they leave.
We have had a few girls contact him to help them be introduced into the bdsm local scene, and it has worked very well. be patient, and persistant in contacting people.

If someone can't keep a slave for more than five days, where does the problem lie?

In my case, it's because when i met someone teh first time and it got serious, i closed down my profile (deleted the account). When i came back, i had a different word in my head when signing up :)

Status: offline 		I have been here for four years, though under two different names, one prior to my current collar and one as just twicehappy, no 2x since changing it to it's current form.
 
My longest relationship since having been on cm, well except for making friends,  is two years and one month.

Status: offline 		I joined collarme originally around 1 year and 6 months ago, then I quit for around 3 months and now I signed up again about 3 or so months ago. During my time here I have chatted with some interesting people, but have yet to make any great connections.

Status: offline 		Tomorrow (1 April) is actually My one year anniversary here, and I've been pretty fortunate.  I've met a lot of nice people, and had one rt relationship that lasted 6 months and another that lasted about 3 months.  Neither of them went very deep before they ended, but it's a start, and I'm still looking and hopeful.  I live in an area where the population density is so low that it's tough sometimes even to find human beings, much less subs who fit what I'm looking for.  So I keep that in mind and try to be patient.  My boy is out there somewhere.

Status: offline 		Been here on cm since about 2004, i think.  Different profiles because.......hell, i don't really know why other than i was really new to the lifestyle back then.  Most likely didn't know where my thoughts were headed to that far back.  However, just tonight a teeny, lil door has opened and i don't want to say anymore than that so as not to jinx it.........

I was partially conflicted with this post. Glad to hear you have realistic expectations.

This said.

What every one here wants is at least a little different from what everyone else wants. And unless you simply have no personal interest in what you find, it could take a REALLY long time to find. How specific are your wants? How out of sync with the "norm" are your tastes? Always keeping in mind that what you are looking for is what only you are looking for, it really is sorta like finding a needle in a haystack the size of texas. So... Good Luck?

Status: offline 		I haven't had luck on Collarme. All the women doms here want 24/7 subs. They are very picky and not very realistic about wanting anyone less than a movie star. I have had some luck on Craiglslist.

I know the men are probably worse -- they all want a 22 year old porn star.

I have concluded that most people who go to these websites are just here to fulfill fantasies and they don't want the real thing.

As well as entirely untrue.

I'd settle for a 26 year old.
