I've been here since the summer of 05 and have met four in that time.  One was a one shot deal and I knew that going in.  Two were ones that we just didn't mesh well and didn't last long.  And one I had a very nice seven month relationship with and still talk to him regularly and see him platonically when I go to Philly.

I had to look at my profile to see how long I had been here.  3 years and counting.

I have not met anyone from here.  Although there is a submissive from here that has recently moved to my area.  Hopefully she and I will be able to work out meeting for coffee.  As far as meeting Doms/Masters from here--well--I had plans to meet one a couple of weeks back, but he thought 35 miles was too long distance.  Another who I had been emailing back and forth with did not like that I was only available to meet on a weekend.  What can I say?--.There are no Twue Masters in my part of the country.

Well It has been 5 years and 2 profiles as I relized my goals my profile changed. I have had 3 nice relationships 8-9 months.Both ended because of my wonderful job..and the rope tightens cutting off circulation to the brain..So don't give up!

Hmm.. I think I have been on CM for about 4 years, but I haven't formed any D/s relationships with anyone I have met here, (unless we're just talking about play partners.)  But then, I'm not really looking to form any long-term D/s relationships here either.

Ive been a mamber since 2005.

If you dont know what a mamber is, I will be happy to tell you. Its a Master who is a member who is a lurker of the msg boards.

I read the boards and check out the main site. But I have yet to meet anyone from here. But to be honest im not trying that hard.

i started activly seeking partners around 9 years ago.  During that time i've joined a variety of sites like CM as well as munch groups, gone to events, etc. and i can say i've met more partners and potential partners via online than at the local munches but then i live in a rather rural area.  Also, i did not start out on my quest to find "the One" but started by wanting to find myself.  Mission accomplished!

i can say that i doubt i would have ever met the kind of quality partners, friends and Dominants had i put the destination before the journey.  Having an open mind and a flexible, positive attitude made more of a difference than where i was seeking.

i joined CM i guess it was something close to two years ago...i don't really know.  During that time i met a few people (when i say meet i mean in person) who were potential partners, a couple that might have turned serious but didn't for one reason or another.  Eight months ago or so i was contacted by my Master, here on CM.  We will be celebrating our 6 months as Master and slave in three days and i will be relocating this summer to be with Him 24/7.

Not that anyone asked, but i think too many people join these sites expecting the site itself to do all the work of finding good matches.  If there was one single online site that made successful matches everyone would be there and not here or bdotcom or alt or whatever.

I am discouraged by the posts here.

I joined about 2 months back and and fell into a conversation with a woman in about 2-4 weeks. Suddenly she started being abusive for no reason. I did not reply to her email, but she kept writing and finally in a last abusive email she said she is changing her account and vanished.
Now what should I make of that I don't know. 
Relationship days - none
Conversation days - 4-5 days in the collar chat and outside emails and chatrooms

How fast did you get a serious relation outside CM?
It might take a while, but be patient. When I met my first "rl" sub, I was here 2 years...but we ended beeing together for 5.
Just let it happen and don't focus to much on "finding" some one

I've been on here 2 months and have met in person one man....interesting/fun but........?, chat sometimes online to one man who has been more helpful than he knows and have emailed  a few. I love reading the message boards to learn more about ideas/things and to get others viewpoints. Love writing in my journal and will be here if only for that. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm looking for and this has been a good place to start to explore myself and learn.  
I have a few friends into this life outside of CM. I'm so busy w/ work and life to be able to get to a local munch so this is a bit like that for me. A chance to meet like-minded people and to learn about what's out there.

When I first came to CM I met a lot of the  people here in person. I have sort of mellowed out now and just mostly chat. I have made a lot of friends here. I can't see the bitch that it is hard to meet and talk with people on here. Stop the whineing and put some effort into it. Don't get pushy and ease into it.

i have been at CM for 2 years now (2 profiles) and i have met many people f/f with many more to meet as i make my way west.  i have even had several "relationships" from here. The key is to get out your front door~
 
And if things aren't working out for ya, take a look in the "mirror" and re-evaluate the energy you are  giving off...you are bound to attract that right back~

I have met all my SOs on match.com.  They had no experience but were pervertable enough to meet my needs.  As soon as it looks like we are headed toward intimacy I tell them that I am kinky.  If they aren't comfortable with it I would rather know sooner than later.
