I've have a continuous headache for , hmm what year is it, 08, hmmm almost 5 years, Mine is diagnosed as a cluster headache, Doctors have no clue, I have 2 catscans and 2 MRIs here waiting for me to get off my ass and find another neurologist, to examine them, the last one moved out of state, hhhmmmm. Anyway it has many ranges in intensity, but it's always there (alright there was one day 3yrs ago I didn't feel it) it can be a low throb to a mind numbing constant stabbing/burning/beating that I can't get up and do anything! The headache moves around my head as well, I feel the pain shift across my head from the back(tension) to the temple(migraine), and around to the other temple, or back. My regular Dr. had a good idea that it could be sinus, by the way it moves, so we got me an appointment with the best ENT here, Nada, She couldn't find much wrong, a couple of allergies, but no real use. When it is intense the only thing that seems to help is a Triptan based medication, called Zomig. but now the Zomig leaves the body aching edited for tence
