DRH, i'm so sorry You are having to go through this.... :( If it's any consolation at all i can totally freaking relate. One of my staff that i supervise realized i'm in the process of writing him up and long story short i had to kick him out of my office once that occurred to him... The bitch of it all was, it didn't even occur to me that i was on the 2nd floor with him, alone, in my office, until he was glaring at me deciding what to do.... Bastards.... Let's kill them all.
