It's... story time! Pick a subject, pick a scenario. You both write out a short story on the subject. Discuss both sides, both points of views. Anything she's curious about or unsure of, have her do some research. Yourself included if need be! The more you know... blah, can't even finish that cliche with a straight face! Anyway, you get my point. It opens up the lines of communication, and stories tend to help in understanding someone's point of view and exactly where you agree or disagree. Now, as far as online play... never been much for the whole cybering acting out thing. i can do it well, but i always giggle through it all. Maybe try an RP chat room. Just watch at first (maybe you'll get lucky and someone's acting out a scene!) or talk to people and see what they've done. It's like typing out a story as it's being written. Have fun with it. Get creative. Distinguish between just talking and *grins wickedly* acting out physical acts.
