For lubricant, I would recommend something synthetic that's specifically made for anal lubrication-- Crisco might work in a pinch, but it doesn't stand up to modern miracles of science. You want something thick and oil-based. And you want a lot. There are some people who will speak up and say that they don't need lube, but the tissue here is very delicate so don't fuck around-- use lube. If you really want to work up to fisting or double fisting, a lot of it is going to be in her head.
