Your are not alone. I have this intense sensitivity before I orgasm. Usually stimulation in the surrounding areas is enough to make me orgasm. If done after it is painful (not in a pleasurable way) and does the opposite of turning me on. Stimulation around the clit but not directly on it is more stimulating to me and if he wants to torture than the clit is the way to go.
