I don't think it is the government......... There are other BDSM sites that allow more explisit photos. There are also many vanilla personals sites that have no restrictions on what is posted.

I'll definitely think about it.

The pay sites must also keep up with shittons of paperwork, like release forms, proof of age, and a host of other crap that a free site like this does not require.

I'm not saying that the laws shouldn't be changed, I've been pissed when I've had pictures yanked too.  I'm just saying that the OP is taking his irritation out on the wrong people ^_^

psst...Patrick Henry of BDSM...your rationale just doesn't work in the "real" world...ya know, the one with all the LAWS and all? i could go into a bank say "i am an adult...i choose to take out $1 million...and see how far i get..."  There are laws that piss us off, and there are those that protect...it's what comes from living in a democracy.  This may be able to help:
