ORIGINAL: cjan Ok, ok, LaT. OP, if you live in LaT's area, or anywhere else that has attitudes like the one she refer's to, go ahead and have the pup "fixed". He may still do a li'l humpty dance... But, seriously, LaT, I understand peoples' concerns about pooch and kitty overpopulation and it's consequences. My pets have always been "fixed". However, simply choosing to not neuter a pet is not an indication of irresponsibility, yanno. Some folks wish to breed their pets, and even if that is not the case, one can be a responsible pet owner without messing with their bits. Edited to add: File charges ? What the hell kinda place do you live in ??? Where is my ACLU card, gutdammit ? For the guy allowing his dog to hump her leg silly! Sexual harrassment via Fido, or some such silliness. I'm afraid I haven't made myself clear on this, oh Sex Goddess of the Great Corn Country. I don't .mean to suggest the gentleman in this hypothetical situation allow the canine brute to cotinue such a public animalistic display. Dear me, no, no, no ! The correct response would be to quickly interuptus the doggie leg humpus and sharply rebuke him for his poor display of manners... and , thereby, display a sense of responsibility, sensitivity and propriety. It's still a great ice breaker, though. Gawd, don'tcha just lurv that sweet corn when it's peaking, fresh and steaming ?
