Agrees with Level on this one:)

At the time I thought that would be a cool way to live. Going from place to place. Not owning anything but always being able to get anything you wanted at any time.

Oh and speaking of shows that not many people saw. Does anyone remember  Cliffhangers? I think was the name of the show. It was a take on the old serial movies on NBC.

I've found the series, Mystery!, on PBS (commercial free :), to be a great source of quality productions, over time.  Haven't you grown to love the Gothic animated opening, based on the illustrations of Gorey?

My favourites, among the many mysteries they've shown, there, are Linda LaPlante's Prime Suspect, showcasing Helen Mirren, and two series created by Paul Abbott - Cracker, with Robbie Coltrane, and Touching Evil, with amazing Robson Greene.  Great psychological profiles of the characters, great acting, great writing.

I like Battlestar Galactica, too.

Nah.  The new series rips the old one to shreds and flushes it.
