Can't pick just one, but I will try to narrow it down a bit. In no particular order....

Dark Shadows
Star Trek (first 3)
Mash
Flintstones (yes it started in primetime)
Happy Days
Lavern and Shirley
Carol Burnett
I Love Lucy
Andy Griffith
Twilight Zone
and Charlies Angels, (I just loved Kate Jackson)

Edited because I forgot Soap and Muppets, I can't believe I forgot the Muppets. I hope Animal forgives me.

And All in the Family, and Maude and Kotter's class and many more.

Police Squad
Doctor Who
Fawlty Towers

Oh, Police Squad should be on the funniest TV series poll.  Really something new on television, too.

...and yes, Fawlty Towers - that is just about the only comedy I can remember liking, in which the main character is such a blatant jerk!  Yet, it's because somehow, John Cleese made him forgivable.  The actor who played Manuel was a scream, too.

And someone mentioned Mr. Rogers.  What a lovely, caring man he was.  I don't remember being interested in his program, as a small child.  It was later that I could see how perceptive he was about child psychology, and how dedicated to making childhood a better experience, for them.
