this is not meant to be a joke, but if you are really talking about a final act of submission....its being in a hospital bed, tubes in every whole, weak, dying, pale, you look up at your Master, and tell him how you would do anything and everything for him, you try to kneel in your hospital bed, but your body is too weak....

I once read a heart wrenching story about a submissive who was in a terrible car crash. Her master sat by her broken body through the night thinking of their lives together, whispering "don't leave me." As dawn rose he was able to see how pale she was and how difficult it was for her to continue breathing, yet she still tried. He finally whispered to her "let go, you have my permission." She died very soon after that. Obeying his everyword till the very end.

To me that is truly the final act of submission, when your lives together end. For you, you are just begining in your journey and need to look at it as less a final act, and more as the first act. What that act should be I can't really help you there, only you know your master's deepest desires. Good luck finding it!
