i'm not sure why i even freaking care!!!!!!!!! AARRGGGHHH!!!! However, i do feel the need to point out that "doctor laura" is neither a psychologist or a psychiatrist....Hell for that matter she doesn't even have a degree in social work or counseling...but anywayyyyyyyyy.. Kali

I find people that agree with me and listen to (not obey) them. Then form my own opinion. She thinks like me, I do not think like her. Why doesn't every person write their own personal set of laws and obey them?? Doesn't work.

Kali That is a great observation!!! and I didnt even know it... So... this adds a curiosity... we all know the Dr. Phills the Lauras and the Oprahs (dont know the spelling of em because I am far from being a fan). Its ineteresting that people can become some popular at handing out the advice with no one really looking in to wether or not they are qualified for it or if there is any realism to the dynamics of which they suggest. Okay adding Oprah to the list was probably going a bit too far because she at least puts her money where her mouth is. Its not just us listening to non realistic advice but its this morality train that everyone seems to jump on without ever questioning who is dishing it out but rather just that its the thing to do or accept.

this is what it says in the back of the book i got as a gift from my mother...geez mom, you telling me i'm a psycho or what? Ph.D in Physiology from Columbia University Post Doctoral Certification in Marriage and Family Theray from USC Licensed in Marriage, Family, and Child counseling in the state of CA
