How far are you willing to go to re-locate?
My wife and I talked about this and we were wondering if those folks mean just to another state or are some folks really willing to re-locate to another Nation or continent?

Just wondering folks.

if i were relocatable & the right Dom came along from half way around the world, i reckon if its right, its right....id move anywhere! (but im a fly by the seat of yer pants kinda gal) and i did say IF!

I am willing to relocate ONLY within the United States, and not in the cold north part of the country. I'm a southern gal that is allergic to snow except in pictures.

i just think everyones answer will be different cos to every single person 'relocating' means different things, some will just mean in their state/province, some will mean just in their own country & then you'll get those who are willing to upheave their lives & give anything and go anywhere to be who they wanna be & live as they wanna live.

I've had quite a few subs/slaves contact me who are "relocatable". My usual response is that it's hard enough to find someone suitable in the same state in Australia, never mind those in another country!!

And I'm relocating from the US to Canada in a few weeks... Across to Ontario. For some of us, it's worth it and we can do it, it's where we are in our lives.

ETA - I never did list that I was re-locatable. Didn't list that I was actively seeking anyone either. But it's worked that way.

For me it means that if the situation is right then i would move to be with that person. That's after a realtionship has been established and there is some kind of security. I have no intention of selling my home, leaving my job, and losing the life that i've built for myself. However, with that said, i keep it open for any possibility.. but the possibilty has to be more than a whim.

What would you like to know, petpete? I met a wonderful man here on CM that things have worked out fantastically with and I'm moving out to be with him. First I'll be collared then we plan to marry. I'm at a point in my life where I'm able to relocate, though things have fallen into place quite remarkably for this move. We've made the arrangements and plans, now were just waiting for me to get there.

When I listed it, before, it meant I was living somewhere I hated and was more than happy for a good reason to change that.

I seem to get a lot of pre-written, c&p'd requests to relocate from other countries to be my 24/7 live in slave. I just keep thinking "Dude, there are better ways to get a green card!"

Ahhh, ok. Then I would be thinking too. I've never had cold feet with this move, it just feels so right. That's not to say I'm not nervous, I am. It's a big move - 2200 miles and a new country. But I know it will be worth it and Lumus will be waiting for me. Good luck if you decide to do it!
