As someone living in a basement aprtment because I am too underemployed to sell this building and go through with the legalities of the official divorce and just selling a business for next to nothing, I know where you are coming from. Its not the same but we are both starting over. I just sold my business last weekend. Think of it as your freedom. new beginnings are exciting, arent they? Bad finances? well, join the club.
