The old lady shouldn't have been driving, hell, the 19yr old shouldn't have been driving, The vehicle I want to drive is a m54 gun truck from Vietnam named 'eve of destruction'
it's a 10 wheeled truck, armor plated, m60 turret mounted on top, painted black, with
white lettering and skull and crossbones on the side, 'Eve of Destruction". Gives me a woody just thinking about it!

How 'bout giving me a lift to and from work every day after you get it? Can't be too careful and public transport is a threat to my safety.

Claiming self defense in this case is like saying you accidently stabbed you spouse 27 times.  This woman should be locked up in a maximum security facility and should never smell free air again.

Someone loves that woman as much as you love your grandmother so you can see the logical conclusion of all this?

I have absolutely no intention of getting into an elongated discourse over this...
I will say that I believe if someone commits an act such as this thier life force NEEDs to be terminated...
Hell we have Mad Dog Laws right???

You can only control your own actions not the murderous actions of others. It didn't help him because he was killed I don't really follow that logic?

M.R., I am surprised not to see you in the crime and punishment thread with that opinion.

You see folks, MR and I, and other like this can see something others cannot. Some people are not integrated into society, some think they are the only person.

If someone even smacked one of our Grandmas I would not raise a hand, yet. My SISTER would beat them into a grave. If she got arrested for it, my raising a hand would be to open the safe and sell some property for her defense. I would call one of my lawyers of a certain ethnicity which I can't mention because even to compliment certain people seems to be politically correct.

The dead bitch's family would probably be after our asses so the carnage would continue.

Fuck Ghandi, and fuck them. They say not to take the law into your own hands, and then their own court says they have no obligation to protect you. Bullshit. I know a guy got his head bashed in for talking shit, and that problem was solved with connections and money. So will the next.

And the kids someone mentioned who may or may not have been there ? You break my Grandma's leg you weren't a very good influence on them anyway. Note the selection of the word 'weren't'.

I have the utmost respect for human beings, but I think the definition is a bit narrower than most people think. You hurt my family, who goes out of it's way not to hurt people but to help them, you are not human and I will put you down like a rabid dog and do everything I possibly can to get away with it. We will see how stupid I am at that point.

The last guy terrorized my Mother is very unlucky I couldn't find him. It could've been a simple body cast for a time but the fucker went into hiding and I could not find him. I am not proud of what I did but I would do it again in a heartbeat. His life is ruined.

Between the guns, that famous camshaft of mine and the guile, nobody fucks with my family. Not twice. I do not have, nor will I ever have any remorse for anything that 'happens' to someone who hurts a member of my family. And my chosen family will back me up about 200%.

For those who choose to blather about the rule of law and how wrong I am, remember this, if I am wrong I shall remain wrong for the rest of my days. We take care of our own business, and basically the only time we call the police is if someone steals one of our cars. But then you have to, if you don't you could get sued for who knows what.

I implore everyone in the world to not fuck with us.I hate doing bad shit, I really do. We all do, we go out of our way to help people not to hurt them. To have to switch off and do something nasty is very distasteful to us, but when something needs to be done, it shall be done. Whatever it is will not happen again.

Yup, don't take the law into your own hands, never try to protect yourself, and oh, those who say that are not obligated to protect you. That means living in society without protection. It amazes me how people's stupidity lets them buy into this shit. Even giving up their guns.

WTF!

How do you break Grandma's leg in fourteen places... and claim self defense!! What the hell!

If that was my grandma... actually I think my grandma would have run over the bitch... but still...

You know, I live in a state where there are elderly drivers that are slow.  You can either be patient with them or try to pass them.  There is no excuse for what this 19 year old did with the elderly woman.

None of you understand revenge. I might be in jail but when granny is fully recovered and is playing voleyball the bitch comes around on crutches. Granny kicks her down saying "See what it feels like bitch ?".

Payback is a motherfucker, you want them to NEVER EVER EVER under any circumstances want to even think about doing it again. That is the only thing that really works.

Once they realize that they might stop expressing themselves violently. If that happens your dastardly deeds will have done some good in the world.

Even from prison, I would make sure that someone's life was miserable if they fucked with an older member of my family or chosen family. You can be a cocky bitch all you want, but fuck with someone who can fight back. Take the risk if you are brave. If not you are a coward, and it is said that you will die a thousand deaths.

People like me exist to make that true. And I will never stop. Nobody I know will ever stop. A fight is a fight, but beating up someone who can't fight back is bad enough that you might as well be dead.

If you really want to fight crime do it. Forget the government and this mamby pamby attitude about how precious life is and all this baloney. It's not an eye for an eye, if it was purposeful and spiteful it is a life for an eye.

What if you only had one eye, somebody puts it out, on purpose or during the commission of a crime, a REAL crime. You are blind. What kind of fucked up reasoning says that it would not be just to blind the perpetrator ?

So in my view, you take this cunt that beat up the old broad and tie her down, and then run her legs over with a car. I suggest a large Buick.

I have to go back to the other thread now, this is getting close to a hijack.

LOL to this. I mean, seriously? Society is much worse off than this one isolated incident. I'm not sure of the particulars of the story, or even what happened, but I'd love to hear "her side" of it, to see what she thinks happened. Often, people can't remember things right, so it becomes interesting, psychologically. And what if the old lady did threaten her, or even maced her, which she kept in the care for mugings? Would it be ok, even then? Not all old people are sweet and deserving respect :P Highly doubt that's the situation here, but I'd prefer to see people thinking a bit more openly, as to why someone with their future would actually do something like this. Everyone makes stupid choices, and for some people those choices are the ones they choose to go overboard on.

I've never seen how driving slow is that bad, personally. I use it as time to take a look around and see the world. Most of the time I fly by it much too fast to notice =D So I kinda welcome those slow drivers. Likewise, if I had a real emergency or reason to be somewhere (kid's soccer game doesn't count!), then I'd just honk, flash, and pass em where I could. You know, if there was a bomb about to go off and only i could dismantle it, or something.

I ave a question.  How many people saw thid happen but did nothing to stop it?  What kind of lazy fucks are those people?  T8, I agree with most of what you are saying.  If I am in a position where I have to call the cops I do.  I give them a chance to deal with a problem.
In this case, If they place a hand on one of my family members, hope I'm not present.  If I feel one of my family is in danger, I will remove the threat.  I probably wouldn't even have felt a twinge of guilt for bodyslamming this crazy bitch on the sidewalk.  Her kids might even learn not to act like mommy because there are consequences.
To tell the truth, had I been a witness at this event, I would have still bodyslammed the bitch.  I kind of learned to enjoy hurling people when I worked as a bouncer.
