i'm not sure if i'm an antique or just ageless but for me, most guys way older than me just don't understand me.  i have more in common with people half my age than i do with people in their 60s or 70s.  i'm not sure exactly where the point was when i became more attracted to men younger.  my Master is 9 years my junior.  i haven't been with a man my own age for the past 9 years.  The youngest was 13 years my junior.

While there may come a time when Master decides to trade in the Heritage for a bagger with a sound system, i just figure when and if that time comes i may feel old enough to prefer it as well.  In the meantime, i refuse to grow old gracefully, i'm gonna be kicking and fighting the whole way.

old man..if rich...and dying...yes i'd date and marry.  since im a lesbian..no other reason for me to date a man.

good grief, i about spit coffee all over when i read that.

ive always preferred older men/Doms which makes things odd when it comes to Sir as hes younger than myself. Age is really overrated these days, i mean as long as you are happy with the one your with then 'YAY' i say!
Good luck & enjoy!

My Dom is 18 years my senior and until last year I wouldn't have considered dating a man who's much older than me. Boy am I glad that I changed my mind! I have the best time with him and wouldn't trade him in for a younger dom. (Something he asked me if I wanted to do when his back was bothering him recently. lol) The more I hang out with him the less the age difference matters.

On the other end of the spectrum I got into bed with a 23 year old last year; the guy came twice, really quickly without us even getting to intercourse. What a disappointment! He didn't know what he was doing, he was just so excited to be in bed with an "older" woman. Young guys are cute but I think there's a lot to be said for experience. I'd say my Dom is the best lover I've ever had.

I know a lot of women who perfer younger men. Could it be because they are afraid of looking older. Does a few wrinkles scare them. So they need a younger man to validate that they are still attractive. Do the young men really think that they are attractive or that they have an easy piece of ass. Vanity is a bitch.

I think that you women should take on a guy in his 60's. Thats the perfect age for older men. I they have so much more to offer. I they have experienced hands. I they have ways of making you feel sexy and wanted. Im sure you can find them me on here.

you've been taking notes on califchicks style of subliminal posting, haven't you?

wolf is 9 years younger than i am.  and other than the implings, we dont have much in common.  our life experience is far too different.  TheEngineer is 5 years older than i am, Daddy is 8 years older than i am.  and i am more comfortable with either of them than i have been with wolf in years now.

so there's another 2 votes for older men.

When I met my first submissive, I was 43 to her 25.  I was Sir and Daddy and Master to her.  I was hesitant to get involved with someone her age because of the things-in-common area but she dug music from my era and I taught her about that and she had a way of making me feel younger than I was.  She pulled me back into something I had been away from for too long...enjoying life.  My next submissive was 10 years younger than me and my third submissive was 12 years younger.

I get on with people of all ages...I have to be able to, it is part of my job.  When it comes to dating or casual play, I have been with women my age or older (5 years being the oldest) or younger but when it comes to long-term, I have found that I do better with those younger than myself.  I seem to pull a more mature attitude out of them and they bring out the irreverence and fun-loving side of me.  It is not something that was deliberately sought...at least it wasn't at first...but it does seem to be more and more that way.  And as noted by Dnomyar and a couple of others, many of the younger submissives do seem to like us older ones.

Caveat...just as in everything else in life, there are exceptions.  I know a couple of submissive women my age who seem to do the same thing with me that the younger ones do...pull that irreverence and spark of fun out of me and make me feel younger.  They are higly prized good friends of mine.

I've been first and last
Look at how the time goes past.
But I'm all alone at last.
Rolling home to you.

Old man take a look at my life
I'm a lot like you
I need someone to love me
the whole day through
Ah, one look in my eyes
and you can tell that's true.
--Neil Young

Older, to me, can mean practiced, seasoned, secure, proficient, sagacious, versant, knowledgeable, protean, skillful, sensible, assured, composed, stable, multifaceted, sophisticated...to sum, sexy.

I have always preferred those older than myself. Master is 21 years older than me and I couldn't be more happier. I do not know why I prefer them older I just do.

my young Master is 6 years older than you....

Since most of the old guys like you prefer much younger females *wink* then i am doubly blessed to have such a wonderful Master.  Otherwise i would have just had to take up knitting in my rocking chair instead of keeping my knees in the breeze.  Life is good!

subtee you always know how to say the right things. KMsAngel I thought that I would try something new. Us old guys prefer younger woman because the women older than us are dead.

I'm at an age where men my age or close to it are 'old guys.' I wouldn't mind dating a man who is up to, say, 10 years older. I am open to younger men, however, so long as they're mature in their thinking and emotions. I don't want to be in a relationship, though, where as I age the [younger] man begins thinking, 'God, she's old!'

pip, on the edge of old

I always thought that, within my own defined "reasonable" age range, that age didn't matter, it was all about maturity.  At 43, I don't think an 18 yr old is within a "reasonable" age for me.  Having said that, however, I have come to realize that deep down, I always did think that men older than me were more mature than the younger ones.

However, I have now had two experiences in a row where older not only does not equal more mature, but actually seems to mean "better at lying."

Cali. Men may be better at lying but women are better at not telling the truth.
