Of course it's not too soon. I've been saying it for months now.

Great the sooner they can nominate that little Indonesian schooled muslim terrorist radical nutjob Barrack HUSSEIN Obama, the sooner McCain can take him apart and show the voters what he is... Or failing that maybe with some luck theres someone who wants to be a famous as James Earl Ray....

Alumbrado -> RE: Obama wins North Carolina! (5/6/2008 10:33:29 PM)

Hey Rusty, didn't they tell you that the 'Obama baaaaaad' bleat of the day is about Reverend Wright?

Huh!
The Democrats are adjusting the lounge chairs on the Titanic again.
Can you say "Trainwreck?"
Now remember Dems, pick the candidate who's *MOST* "to the left", to really piss-off the American People!
That always works! (snicker)

Popeye? do you need another spanking?

The people are making the decisions here, and I am actually surprised

that Obama won in North Carolina!
It is getting exciting!

Aynne -> RE: Obama wins North Carolina! (5/7/2008 4:25:45 AM)

Morning Popeye,

Why don't we just hand the goddamn presidency to McCain? Seriously, I mean seriously, the dems are doing it again? After 8 years of Bush we are going to nominate a candidate that can't win in November?? F'in priceless.[:(]

Obama is handsome, well-spoken, articulate, tall, and ultimately likable, at least on the surface. He's not my candidate - I'm nearly apolitical and will vote for a party (any party) outside the big two - but I know someone with star power when I see him.

I think the game is over, and the path to exit will be lined with a promise for the DNC to pick up Senator Clinton's campaign debt.

At least with Senator Obama, we won't have to follow politics too closely, and will have some extra time on our hands ... since he really only has two speeches, which he rotates from one sheep shearing to the next.

OrionTheWolf -> RE: Obama wins North Carolina! (5/7/2008 7:59:52 AM)

Hiya caitlyn, this is one of the reasons I decided to not support him. Beware someone who speaks often and never says much.

christine1 -> RE: Obama wins North Carolina! (5/7/2008 8:04:47 AM)

i don't mind Obama, but his wife scares the shit out of me.  doesn't seem like she ever has a positive thing to say.  now i don't follow her very closely so i'm sure i'm wrong, but she seems very unpleasant and negative.

caitlyn -> RE: Obama wins North Carolina! (5/7/2008 8:18:47 AM)

Who knows ... perhaps he will do well. I have it in my mind that the Republican spin machine will wipe the floor with him, but I also thought the Clinton spin machine would do the same thing.

Through all this, I haven't heard anything to improve on the best line so far (paraphrased): The Obama campaign seem mostly about how cool the Obama campaign is.

Batshalom, you forgot, "brilliant legal scholar."
Now that will REALLY resonate wit' does guys in da' Teamsters Union!
And Joe and Jane Lunch Pail too!
And all the $9 per hour wage slaves at Walmart jobs.
I'm still waiting for the "exciting" part that people say about him.
What's the "exciting" part, when he raises the pitch of his voice to sound like "The Reverand" Jesse Jackson?
Hey, maybe he'll start "speaking French" like John "French" Kerry!
Train  Wreck.

That's really one of the most hateful pieces of shit i've ever seen on this board...and if i wasn't already aware that the flaming i WANT to give you might be worthy of having me thrown off these boards, i'd tell you how little i really think of you.  Suffice it to say i am aware that [sm=modxiiswatching.gif]what goes on here, so i'll keep my mouth shut and show some restraint.  Not because i feel that you deserve any courtesy, but because i actually enjoy posting here.
