greetings to everyone I am really trying hard to understand my neighbors. I live in a very small community, the local market is just a few blocks away. My neighbor's have about 10 people living in their home. Daily the mom walks to the market, and walks back home, pushing the cart from the market. After unloading the cart she then parks it in between our homes. Somedays there are as many as three ( lovely orange ) carts out there. Why can't she push the damn cart back to the market when she returns? Not only do these carts make my street look trashy, but daily the local kids play with these carts pushing each other around, then leaving the carts lay where they may. I have tried to explain this to my neighbor, sadly.. as I write there are two carts in front of my home. I am almost to the point of being so brazzen as to push them up into her yard. any help, or advise will be appreciated.
