a good quality sesame seed bun or roll with a sausage patty, a slice of swiss cheese, a hamburger patty, and a fried egg on top, no condiments needed unless you want jalapenos.

Status: offline 		geesh ok!  didn't mean to kill the thread with a clogging the arteries heart attack.  how bout this sammich:  whole wheat bread with lettuce and, well just lettuce...oh, and a big, fat glass of water to go with it.  happy now? 

p.s.  and if you want to really live dangerously, maybe you'd dare add some sprouts.

Status: offline 		a bologna & tater chip sammich with yaller mustard, mayo and Lays tater chips on soft white bread

then smush the sammich and eat

Haven't had one in years, lol.

home cooked honey roast ham .. sliced thickly
thick cut granary bread ... with thin butter
a handful of really strong home grown rocket
a thick spread of local whole grain mustard

and not worrying about my diet for the rest of the day

Status: offline 		roast beast , hot pepper cheese ,tomato,lettuce, mayo, bananna peppers , and a really good hogie bun....  place the roast beast and cheese  on the bun... place in the oven on broil til it gets nice and toasty .. then add the rest ...  this is my fav ....for what it is worth
