What would you do if a potential slave went to sleep during a phone call,while trying to set up a meeting?
After several o/l discussions!

[laugh] I'd wonder just how interesting I was. This is a better story than Jay's where the woman safeworded during negotiations.

Seriously, there is a condition called narcolepsy that could be a factor

I did even better. OK, worse. Although I never fall asleep in the middle of something, I once fell asleep bondaged, with my girlfriend on me. I was really tired and there was no big drama, but I wasn't too proud about that.

I'd think I had a very charming and soothing voice that would be great for calming her during a scene. After all, I did just put her to sleep over the phone after she's had a long day of stress. It would also give me the idea of what Bed/Nap Time this person normally has. Some people are very prone to passing out at certain times. Others can pass out after doing on thing for too long ie. Internet, reading, and talking on the phone.

At any rate, I wouldn't be upset about it.

I'd have to guess that either she was dead tired and too nice to say she had to go to sleep or she laid down the phone and went to bed.

Gotta agree on this one!

If they feel asleep...you might consider calling earlier in the day too! Probably more an issue of bad timing, over anything else.

Have to say a few conversations have all but put me to sleep, while on the phone too. I usually catch myself, and end the conversation though. Most times...it actually IS the conversation that takes me there.

At any rate, I wouldn't be upset about it.

And this is why we all LOVE you Fangs...

I'd feel the same way that my voice was soothing and I'd be able to calm a Master if he was stressed, but i wouldnt get upset about it

I would make sure she was getting enough sleep and try to assess whether I had a part in it...like 'am I boring?'.

Well what exactly is the problem? Someone fell asleep on the phone.

How long had the person been awake?
Were they taking any drugs that might make them tired?
How late was the phone call?
How boring was the conversation?

I love my boyfriend but sometimes he starts going on about optical circuitry whahoodgits and I just zone out...

I fell asleep with my past Mistress. I had done 5 16 hour days and more to come and we were doing something in bed ( I remember but not saying :P ) and I fell asleep.

Woke up next day apologised heaps and was told to go to bed earlier and eat food with more energy sources in it.

So id ask if shes had some rough days or look at my conversation skills.

That would be horrible to have a narcoleptic sub/slave. I can just imagine:
You're dishing out the beating of your life. You're riding that high like a first time coke fiend. Sweat glistens your body, you're a GOD!! And she's asleep like you didn't even exist. She's slightly snoring and a small pool of drool dribbles down her chin. LOL!!!

If you're insulted, then tell her you're insulted and make her think she has a punishment coming and sweat it abit. If she's into the mindf-cks, she'll appreciate it. If niether of you are into the mental mambo, then just talk to her and find out whats going on in her life that leaves her so exhausted. It all really depends on what is the nature of the relationship the two of you have.

I wouldn't be impressed if that happened. If she was tired, I'd prefer that she told me and we could reschedule the call. Just good manners, thats all.

However this is from the guy who was doing doggy on the dining room floor with my ex and fell asleep mid stroke and started snoring.

LOL ! thanks for sharing that ! Now I'm feeling better about that morning when she told me that I had fallen asleep while she was riding, and that it was the first time it happened to her.
