Yanno..as a 60's flower child (in college and away from home - yippeee!!) I was a protester of the first order, and even remember some of it..lol. Since then, I've continued my "activist" ways, even if, at times, it was only signing petitions, but I've written letters, marched down streets, and done what I could. I have to admit now, however, that there's a good part of myself that hesitates putting anything down on paper - like my name, address and phone, that can lead the CIA, etal, back to me. I probably don't have much more to lose now than I did then, but my kids don't deserve to be tarred with their mother's activist brush. I'm now too darn old for jail..and worst..i love my computer..lol. It's so frustrating, these days, because the world I'm leaving to my kids seems to be moving backwards instead of forwards. What a mess!! jimini quote:

ORIGINAL: Lordandmaster Why don't we just impeach the fucker? I'd say it's high time. I can't believe so few people signed to have him impeached : http://www.impeachbush.org/ . It's not very useful to sign, but I'm still surprised... Of course, he hasn't done anything impeachable. The worst he did was turning the US Army into a group of mercenaries working for Halliburton (which is just what free market economy is for), so as long as he doesn't get any blow job, I guess he's safe.
