OK, back on topic

I had used my pic (by default) originally, but then after reading some threads and looking through the avatars (there weren't many way back then) found one and then *gasp*
someone new started using it

so the search was on to find something else that caught my attention...
and this is what I found, it made me laugh and I kinda liked it,
kinda mean but kinda funny at the same time, yanno what I mean?

hehe

P.S. We get used to seeing certain avatars for certain people and when someone new comes in and starts posting, it confuses the heck outta me sometimes

Just recently changed my avatar. Ferrets are my favorite animal, so I chose the ferret. I chose this particular ferret because as far as I have seen, it is not used by anyone else. Should that change, my avatar will, because I don't claim sole rights to being the forum ferret. While I enjoyed having my avatar being my profile picture, I also recently elected to hide my profile, because I had been getting flak from former relationships regarding the changes I'd made to it. So to stay the onslaught of that drama, I'm not as public as I was.

Have no fear, though, I'm still kickin' it here. Just laying low for a while until crap blows over.

Until recently my avatar was always a pic of myself. I take a self portrait a day so I have about 465 to choose from at this point. Since I gave the profile a much needed break I've chosen one from the stock avatars that is actually similar to one of my selfies that I took a few months ago.

My Avatar chose me; it leapt out at me and said “Show people my stunning vivid colourful beauty.” No one will ever know for sure why a creature that lives such a short life needs to be inspiring to others. I’m not a believer in God as a creative force but this creature raises questions about my doubts.

This now dead creature’s beauty will live on as long as someone uses this avatar.

Don't ruin it by telling me the colours are less vivid in real life because that would be only your limited view.
