I'm curious how you feel about this clam: I encountered a site member who claimed to have had breast augmentation that took her from a bra size 36D to 48FFF (no, that is not a typo). Before I say more, I'm curious to read a few of your reactions to that claim.

Since the figure represents the bust circumference, and the letter refers to the cup size, going from a 36 to a 48 would mean having extensive grafting on the back and/or ribcage. Not the most natural look... this story is sooooooooooo National Enquirer [:D]

It happens all the time. Why anyone would do it, I don't know. I have G cup bewbs and I'm telling ya, it's hell on my back, shoulders and the headaches they bring is pure evil. If I had the money, I'd be shrinking to a comfy C cup. Some women do it thinking it will attract a man, some do it for the chance of money (they get a job in porn, as a stripper, blah, blah, blah), some do it to make themselves feel sexy. It's kinda sad really.

The number in a bra size is the underbust/band measurement and that number doesn't change after a breast augmentation. ~stef

Oh, I definitely think you should keep her! Think of it, if you're flying somewhere, and the plane goes down over water, you can use her as a handy floatation device... In older model sports cars, she wouldn't need airbags for collision protection... with a high tech, LED bra, you could sell advertising space on her chest like the Goodyear blimp! (No, I don't think this is real... at least no more real than breasts that size would seem. I've heard of a few strippers and porn stars who have had that sort of extreme augmentation done... but most of them have plans to reduce again the moment they are out of the businesses they are in. )

I would say that it's either obviously false or she also got rather fat in the process. The first number corresponds to the measurement in inches below her breasts, so while someone with a measurement of 36 is probably a dress size 6-10, going up to 48 is probably a dress size... humongous. I don't have implants so I'm not sure, but it sounds highly implausible that someone would have a larger underbust measurement just by getting implants.

I just do not get tit fetishes. Big tits usually ruin the symmetry of the female body. I, as far as I can tell, got enough nursing as a baby and have no desire to do so again.
