I'm new to this lifestyle so please forgive my ignorance but why are so many Mistresses interested in forced crossdressing or feminization of male slaves/subs? Why wouldn't they simply take a female sub? Thank you in advance for your time.

I don't know from personal experience, but this is something that I wondered about as well. I asked a friend of mine who enjoys both of the activities and she said it is because it can be humiliating for them and she likes that and the feeling of power that it gives her (she describes it much better and I know I am not using the right words and it sounds really cheesy, I hope you get what I mean). It may not be the same for everyone, but that is how she explained it to me. She could do the same with a female, but she does like the man underneath.

That's odd, because I don't want to engage in either of these practices (my preferred partner, if a man, would be dressed as a man). But it's hard to find men who aren't into these things. A few of my fellow female tops feel the same way.

I don't know.

I don't do this at all.

I once had a slave who crossdressed but when he did he got into top mode and we'd go out as "girls" and just have fun.

Its just not my thing at all.

And, yes, I've had female submissives but I'm primarily attracted to more androgynous or masculine men.

I have never liked working with crossdressers. Actually, I don't do it anymore, except for shopping/fashion advice. I like manly men.

I do find that crossdressing is about the commonest fetish out there, right after feet, and IMO the most harmless and easiest to do. I certainly understand the desire to wear beautiful silky soft things, a al Ed Wood.

Different strokes, eh?

At least the OP didn't say "all Mistresses." lol I haven't found it particularly hard to find men *not* into crossdressing, as it's not my thing either. But on the other hand, I have had chats with quite a few femme-subs who were also frustrated about not being able to find a Domme, possibly because "force me to wear women's clothing" changes the dynamics, in addition to the overall supply and demand issue.

It's not really one of my interests, and if I dabbled in it, it would be to humiliate my sub within the course of a scene.

In my experience I have found two types of subs who enjoy forced fem. One group "enjoys" it for the humiliation aspect. The other group enjoys being "forced" as a way to experience crossdressing, because it's something they love to do, but can't accept that part of them. By being "forced", they have no choice and are relieved of the responsibility to make that choice to do it, and that somehow makes it "ok".

Not my thing either, but it seems to be one of the most requested practices of the male subs I've encountered. I too prefer my partners to be dressed as men. The only time I feel it's worth doing as a humiliation factor is when the man truly dislikes it, other wise I feel I'm just endulging his fantasies. In a pro domming situation that would be fine.

I've even encountered males that became outraged because I choose not to dress them in female garments and of course those are the ones I wouldn't continue seeing. I no longer get myself into such situations, as I'm very upfront about my taste, though some still only hear what they want to.

I'd have to agree. I don't care at all for crossdressing, but there seems to be a LOT of subs out there wanting to be forced or "requiring" it or they "can't be submissive". I know of only a few Dommes that are passionate about dressing their men.

I'll be another voice in the crowd who doesn't care for CD/Fem stuff. It doesn't float myboat, rock my world, or turn me on, so I just don't deal with it. Personally, I like my girls to be girls, and my boys to be men. A little outfit to clean in is one thing to me; a night on the town with fitted breasts and them using my lipstick is completely different.

When you see a Domme's profile, and notice her interests include Forced Femme, ask her if that's only an interest, or a mandatory requirement. Some only have that listed because they want to open themselves up to a wider group.

Although my profile says "Forced crossdressing" as an interest, I wish I could get rid of the word "forced" because I have a thing for pretty boys. Maybe because I prefer girls, maybe because my ideal appearance would be to be a bishonen ("pretty boy" in Japanese), who knows? I like toying with gender enough that it's important to me to find someone just as flexible about playing with his or her appearance as I am.

The CD interest goes towards girls as well - not much looks better to me than a girl who can pull off well-fitting men's clothing, not the vague baggy clothes a lot of people of both genders way. I like girls in stockings and heels and guys in tight pants as well, but the atypical gender presentation is just a bit of an obsession.

I am not into forced crossdressing either, so I am another one.

I think my main issue with feminization of a male sub is that it reminds me of the idea of being female or feminine as a weakend state, which it is not. I'd be very heisetant to do this to someone if they viewed it as such.

We like CalliopePurple that word "Forced" is missleeding on many occasions and makes it sound that it is something you will be made to do no mattter what.
We have it as an intrest and that is becuse if it does not go against a subs limits we could use it as a humiliation or punishment but if it is we would not force it on any one else.
Also we have a vrey good and proper subwho is a cross dresser and does not need to be forced at any time and her profile has to state that she is into forced crossdressing which is a so far from that.
As to ones not haveing any thing to do with it or those that would it is this mix of each haveing their own likes and dislikes which makes it so diversafied and attracts such a mixed cross of people

Ditto for me too...on the non interest in CDs. I'm quite emphatic about it, and yet most CD's that contact me are persist in trying to get me to change how I feel. I have always said that 'if I wanted a "woman"...I'd be with a woman.' I enjoy a manly man, and that includes him not wearing my own panties or dresses. [;)]

It's interesting the OPs impression is that "many" women desire it, yet the women responding here are not into it at all, and I have no Domme friends that into it either.

Also interesting is that the implication of the OPs words are that he may not be interested in it himself, yet it's listed as an "interest." [;)]

I think some men just have the perception that women enjoy CD's, when in fact it's probably NOT the norm. It's the wishful thinking of CDs, as I see it.

I like it because it puts a slave in his place and is very humiliating. Sometimes I force like take a slave shopping and make him try on some goodies like high heels. Also I think nude slaves are very humilated and vunerable. I like a little fem touch such as a nude slave hobbling in high heels. Fun to chase him around the house with a slipper in my hand. Fulldress up is time consuming and I rareley do it. If I do I invite my niece or a friend over. Why waste all that time and energy.

I would say this is one reason why I have a strong aversion to having a man desiring to be dressed, or act like a woman....as I don't think it's humiliating to BE a woman. I'm one, and I would see it as putting myself down, in some way. I'd much rather consider the man that might be PROUD to be dressed/or act like a woman. That it might be a true pleasure, and not demeaning to be dressed, as I do.

EXACTLY, K! It's a privilege to be female, not a humiliation. If a sub is humiliated by wearing clothes like mine, and having me do his makeup, how is he able to be worshipful of me at the same time? A little TOO much cognitive dissonance there!

Now, I do find it amusing to laugh at how ridiculous the guys can look all tarted up........and how *excited* they get...........so there is plenty of opportunity for amusement, still.

Bishonen! Now that's another story entirely......... I had a friend (now deceased) who was a bishonen come to life............

I'm not really interested in CD/TVs, but... there's a pretty huge difference between a CD/TV and a female sub emotionally, physically and in numerous other ways. Like the fact that a TV is a bloke who gets off on wearing women's clothes (or being made to wear them) and a girl is a girl. Making an obscene generalisation, the TVs I've come across online have mostly been focused on their particular fetish (women's clothing) whereas female subs I've played with and met are more diverse than that.

Forced feminization doesn't make someone a woman. It makes them either humiliated by it all or turned on by being dressed up.

I agree with this, and definitely don't want it associated with being weak or equating being a female to being humiliating. M
