Really simple reaction...if you are irritated with the behavior of the decision makers at Dunkin Donuts, then buy your doughuts elsewhere. It may take a while for the message to get through, but it will. On the other hand i was happy to see them get rid of the "Time to make the doughnuts" guy. Marketing is an inexact procedure. Why did the Chevy Nova not sell well south of the border??? Because "Nova," which was popular in the USA hispanic communities translates to "Doesn't go" in Spanish. It took a while for GM to change the name to Caballero, and sales picked up. It is difficult to predict how people will react to specific input, but it is someone's responsibility to make sure that sales happen. If you want to tell them that they are wrong, just stop buying.
