FR: I used to fly an average of 1-2x a month, always on business. Usually was able to take my submissive with me, and I was being paid to give a lecture or two, so it was a few days off, a long weekend or so with 3-4 hours work and someone else picking up most of the tab. The destinations were fun. But the grinding mill of flying does wear you down. Now running my company, I find I have far fewer reasons to fly. Actually, just got back from a trip, on which I realized during take-off that it had been a while since I'd actually focused ON take-off. Before, I was distracted. You see, back in the day, those g-forces and the excitement of the trip used to make take-off the perfect time to engage my girl in a bit of "Mile-High" activity. Just get a blanket, make sure you've booked seats in a (relatively) quiet part of the plane, and...follow your...errrr....heart. Otherwise, if I have less than a 5 hour trip, I'll drive it. Everywhere else, its the friendly skies, again. E.

i have to post this....i was flying on business with my boss. He is a wonderful man but a bit of a heavy drinker. We were on our way home from Atlanta and the rumor was terrorists were targeting that city. Anyway...we couldn't sit together..he was in the front and i was all the way in the back. Halfway through the flight he stands up and BELLOWS "I don't see any terrorists up here, Holly....how about on your end?" We were detained when the plane landed.
