Most of my list has already been posted by others ... who I must say have excellent musical tastes. I did miss one of my all time favorites: They Might Be Giants. I will still start humming "Particle Man" for no reason at all sometimes when I'm working.

I thought about listing the Cramps, but they ain't exactly a name band. "Bikini Girls with machine Guns" what a masterpiece. CCR I forgot. Violent Femmes rock. Bad Brains damn near invented punk.
