P'hotty, tension headaches are a bitch. I went through a period of them when I reacted badly to a general anaesthetic some years ago, they were so bad that they required a home visit by my gp and a shot. I would be hyper-sensitive to light during one, so having the curtains open/using a pc was out of the question and once I could get off to sleep I would relax enough for it to ease. After a six month period, they stopped altogether. I wasn't taking any medication for them, I'm sure it was just the effects of the anaesthetic leaving my body altogether. If I wasn't home with flu I'd offer, but you don't want a tension headache and the flu now, do ya? Get better soon.
