Nonmembers see the initial profile picture, but not any others. Or journal entries or interests for that matter.

there's three pages of this thread, and i wasn't going to read them all ...

yep i like this feature, they look at mine i look at their's and for most of the time that's where it ends. I notice some have been involved in the threads i've contributed.

Occasionally, a message or two might go in either direction, and then it ends.

Rarely, it makes it to phone calls and a meeting ... and then it ends.

just once, once (and once would be all it needs) it would nice if it went past that.
