It might not be a bad idea to look at Yelp for professional piercers in your area. Read the reviews, give them a call & go see them. I think a reputable, experienced piercer should be able to do it. They stick needles in all kinds of places. [;)]

kitkat killed the thread

DesFIP -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/22/2012 7:12:54 PM)

Kitkat, famous type actors from NYC come up here to be pierced and get tats. So I know I'll be fine.

kitkat105 -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/23/2012 1:26:10 AM)

I did briefly. That'll teach me for sticking my nose where it doesn't belong. [8D]

Nah, Jeff's the all time thread killer. He really ought to have that for a title.

So. . . talking with Butterhead today: "Can I have a rhino, please?" NO! No you may not have a rhino! Where the hell do you get the idea that we have space for a rhino? We have two dogs and a cat. If I have to say "No" to horses three times, there is no way we have space for a rhino. No more animals of all shapes and sizes. Even if they are cool and have a horn.

Testing the boundaries. [;)]

To add to the story, the other half wants a coelacanth. Who wants one of those? A Marlin or a Swordfish, I would think. But a coelacanth? That is an ugly fish. And 60 kg? That is the size of the other half.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/25/2012 11:01:49 PM)

Is it even POSSIBLE to keep a coelacanth? He's just rattling your chain.

You would need a REALY big tank.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/25/2012 11:11:38 PM)

Arent they deepwater fish? I wouldnt think you could keep them in captivity at all. Now I have to google.

ETA: cave dwellers, 100-500 meters deep or more.

PrincessJessieJ -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/25/2012 11:41:32 PM)

And they are foul tasting. No, no fish bigger than me. In fact, goldfish are nice. And small.

Phoenixpower -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/26/2012 1:04:54 PM)

I think they are beautiful [:)]

I am trying to convince my sister we need a 3000 gallon shark tank in the living room

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/27/2012 9:17:29 AM)

Your living room is big enough for a 3000 gallon shark tank? AWESOME!!!

Hillwilliam -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/27/2012 9:18:42 AM)

I once had a 110 Gallon Saltwater setup. That was plenty.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/27/2012 9:20:57 AM)

I love fish, and aquariums, but maintaining them? I was off that in childhood after ONE session watching my cousin deal with his freshwater tanks! I would like to have the clownfish-anemone setup maybe, that would be small enough to deal with.

And turtles. I LOVE TURTLES.

HAHHAAHAA. Yeah. Like I'm gonna clean ANOTHER animal environment.

Silentrunner26 -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (8/28/2012 4:47:51 AM)

I once saw a 1000 gallon tank in a pet store . It was so cool they had to swim with the fish to clean the glass . Store went bust and tank was sold for about $1,200 . I almost bought it but at 15 feet high I would have to rent the apartment above to have it .

It is if I use the entire living room for the tank
