UPDATE:

Holly contacted me last night and let me know Margaret was in ICU as the result of a massive stroke. She had life support removed last night. They are waiting, and watching and comforting each other. She says she feels like Margaret has already left and is watching them from above, and hopes she knows how much she was truly loved by all of them, whether natural child or in-law. Apparently this is one awesome woman whose candle is about spent. She asked me to convey her thanks for all of your thoughts and/or prayers, and well wishes.

Not a problem, I know people joke(well maybe not joke lol) about me being crazy, but if I would have had a QUARTER of the physical shit ALONE that she has experienced, I don't think I would be very functional. She rocks, and was touched that people had answered this, even though she hasnt been able to be around. :)

I don't know Holly personally but she is well loved around here, so I also want to send my thoughts and prayers as well for a peaceful passing for Margaret and comfort for her extended family.

Holly and her family are in my prayers as always.

ivone1, it is not about anything in particular, just people who know each other keeping up on what is going on.

For my friends here, I still have not had the ablation done to remove the tumor from my kidney, had a family emergency come up (my son and his family were in a car accident) and had to postpone it, will keep you informed.

Jeff, I am sorry to hear about your son. I hope they are all okay. Do you have a new surgery date scheduled yet? Or are you on the "we will call you" list?

My Dad was supposed to have cataract surgery on November 1, but has been put off until January. I think the surgeon should have done this last year. He worries that he will be completely blind in one eye with the extra time. He went to renew his drivers license last week and was turned away. Sees the doctor this morning for a drivers medical. I am praying that he gets passed.

Life is quiet up here, no major changes except for one. My boy started high school this fall. Neither of us are old enough for him to be in high school! Oh, and his voice is dropping lol.

Things are . . . Stressful. Everyday brings its challenges an opportunities. Lol

I should be home for Halloween. Butterhead wants to be a princess. What else is new there. I have the dress which she has not seen (I have not completely lost my senses) and we have a spare crown, two wands, a glow stick necklace, a flashlight, and wings just in case. A nuclear meltdown is to be avoided on this night.

Roscoe has no costume as I cannot find anything to fit. The 6 to 12 month ones are too big. I am still undecided on whether to let him try chocolate.

I will post pictures again this year.

High school. Heh.

After 9 days off life support, Margaret passed on the 16th. The family is working through the loss. My apologies for not posting here sooner about it.
