Ok....... My favourite comic book heroes are:- #1 Rogue Trooper. For you American's who may well have missed out on reading 2000AD, Heres a link that should explain all. http://www.internationalhero.co.uk/r/rogue.htm #2 Judge Dredd. Another link. http://www.internationalhero.co.uk/d/dredd.htm #3 Captain America. No link needed I would imagine........[:D] I aways prefered my heroes to be ever so slightly flawed. And who also operate in post apocalyptic enviroments. Hence my facination for Rogue Trooper and that post apocalyptic movie icon that is Mad Max![8D] So what are your favourite comic book heroes and heroines and why?

Batman - Cause he could whoop on anybody, just by outsmarting them... Vampirella... I shouldnt have to explain that one Deady the Malevolent Teddy.... not sure he counts as a hero... The Punisher - before they prettied/cleaned him up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - when they were in black and white and knew how to use thier weapons to kill people

Hot Stuff, the Little Devil! He was in the Archie & Richie Rich era, too. My grandma used to buy them for me up at the little corner store for 12 cents. They had ads in the back where you could sell flower & vegetable seeds door-to-door and pick out fabulous and exciting prizes. [:)]

Mine is Lady Death. Shes tattooed on My upper left arm. Love the fact she is strong and kick ass and can take care of herself.

The Crow: Other than a totally kick ass look, the various Crows were all about making something right that went wrong in a very personal way. It's often more about love than personal vengeance. The Crows tend to have a very short life-spand, they do what they came to do; perhaps say a goodbye or two and continue on with their death.

My favourite is "She-Hulk" because she's very athletic and has long thick dark hair. :)

I'm a traditionalist. Bruce Banner. Bruce Wayne. I like heros with a backstory. I like edgy lawyer comic heros, too. Wolff and Byrd. Harvey Birdman was always good for a laugh...most of the "adult swim" heros make me chuckle. Spidey is just too damn angsty in his current invocations. E

Spider-man(i grew up in the late 60's early 70's)he was just a socially awkward teenager,much like myself.Captain Ameica the flag the shield apple-pie ,what red-blooded american can't dig that,add to all that his #1 nemisis was aNazi called The Red Skull...nuff said
