To be more specific their name was held to be interpreted as "Ant-people"

housesub4you -> RE: Trivia Doms vs. subs (1/17/2009 5:19:49 PM)

Well in the Greek verison it's Μυρμιδόνες,   but that is only the first level and the only true "ant-people' per-se  via Homer in Greek

What was the Tsar Bomba?
Bonus point increase to five if you can explain what was special about it.
Question Expires at 9:30PM EST

Vaughner -> RE: Trivia Doms vs. subs (1/17/2009 6:30:06 PM)

Looks like no one will get this one.
The Tsar Bomba was a Hydrogen Bomb built by the Soviet Union, and at 50-57 Megatons on detonation was the most physically powerful device ever constructed.  The blast wave of the bomb was detectable on its third trip around the planet.  The original design was capable of 100 Megatons but was toned down due to concerns of fall out.
