ORIGINAL: PanthersMom i find the larger type easier to read now that i have bifocals, the eyes don't need to adjust as much from one focus to the other when they type is a bit larger, seems to reduce fatigue, especially when i'm doing research for hours on end for papers. if i can't read the screen, i'll transfer it to word and change the font and then print it out if it's going to be something i'll be referring to alot. the darker colors on light backgrounds works well, i can't read most super bright colors like neon pink or green. yellow seems to be almost invisible at times. must be getting old, lol. PM Hi folks-- A quick cure for font sizes that are too small is to hold the control key and use the scroll button on the mouse to change the font size. I uses it often around here. thornhappy
