This happened to me for the first time, recently, and it had a strong impact when Mistress (I now learned the term here) snowballed me. Squick, submission, obedience, a sort of shame and being put in place and then strangely, gratitude for making me accept it.

When I first met my sub, this was a limit for him. It wasn't all that important to me, but I knew that somewhere down the line I'd want him to do it because I do think it's hot. I think it's probably something that's best as an occasional rather than a regular thing, but some people would probably love making it a daily ritual...all depends on the person, really. My guy isn't very good with daily rituals.
I think method of delivery definitely makes a difference, though sometimes a bigger difference than others.
First times are first times...rarely is anything after ever quite the same again, ime. (But it CAN be better. ;))

Personally, I don't see what the big deal is that so many men seem to make about it. After all, it's a body fluid that came from inside them. As I see it, if it came from inside me, it can't be very bad; a bit devilish maybe, but certainly not bad, and to some even tasty!

Hmmm... there are any number of things that come from my body that i do not care to ingest. But, i agree that it's not a huge deal; more a major squick factor for me as i don't think it would be particularly degrading. Of course, i've never been ordered to do anything like eating my own semen; so i can only speak hypothetically.
