It would take a while but, if I dig through my files, I can find my old "what I offer & what is expected" letters & contracts.  It really will take a while but if it is good fodder for the thread I'll try.

Perhaps we should open , like, the Southernmost Ranch and Home for Wayward Subs and take them all in. *Fondly recalls the old and young bull story our pappies told us at their knee*

A pastoral setting here in south Florida. A kennel for the puppies, a stable for the ponies, cells for the latex nuns, etc..  A place for everyone and everyone in their place, yanno ?

It, of course, would pay for itself. Movies, web sites, rentals, subbies busily producing floggers, paddles whips, canes, crops, collars, cuffs, chaps, etc., etc..

You and I, of course, would be relaxing by the pool, puffing Havanas, the sunlight glinting off our pinky rings and sipping Armangac.

Waddya think, dude ?

I'm in!  I have a small collective that would contribute to such an adevnture as well.  Some of the old gang just north of you in Sarasota wants to buy property and do exactly that.  BDSN bed & breakfast, community dungeon, monthly parties etc.

Do you need an investor cj? A sleeping partner?

You and RS could do the relaxing by the pool, at least I'd be able to think of all those poor lost homeless subs who'd been saved. Kind of warms your heart doesn't it.
