It's Friday the Thirteenth. Does a Mistress in a black cat suit cause bad luck? like the blues tune says "i ain't supersticious, but a black cat crossed my trail." anyone else concerned about mirrors, ladders or anything else today?

it seems the witches and pagans i know have less superstition than most aquaintaces of mine. i do have one superstition i cant get rid off, throwing salt thats been spilled over my shoulder. i say bless you when someone sneezes because its good manners. and all my cats have been black of course[:D][:D]. but re: friday the 13 there's no superstition. maybe because it wasnt part of my culture growing up.

Personally I believe Halloween is a magical day, and every fri 13th is just a little taste of halloween to get you through the year... it has been some of my most lucky days though... perhaps i'm just looking for an excuse though;) cheers Skully

not to me....it means its only a week and a wakeup till TheEngineer will be here to take me away to live with him. happydances i dont deal a lot with superstitions, i still throw spilled salt over my shoulder and say bless you when someone sneezes (of course part of that is because of the movie Dogma LOL) but not much else. then again i managed to get through the 10th without crying, so that's a plus on my side. (the 10th was our 16th anniversary, and we're in the process of divorcing) kitten

The only superstitions about Friday the 13th for me are good ones. I was born on Friday the 13th, instead of Halloween, which was the due date. So I already know this will be a great day for me. :)

I am not superstitious, so it doesn't bother me, but I know some people are. That means they act different, thus I might have to adjust. A full moon compounds the effect, on those days I try not to go anywhere. But I do not know the current phase of the moon nor will I be drawn to find out. But I do have to go to work. And that will be about it. It's not me, it's other people. People have crazy hidden desires in their mind which do affect their actions. T

friday the 13th is one of my favorite days. my two favorite guys were born on friday the 13th, my grandfather and my son. i just missed being born on friday the 13th, i arrived on saturday the 14th. PM

I personally think its going to be a fantastic day, Its taken a hear and change to manage, but Angel and I are taking our first vacation together starting tonight. Superstition or not, we are going to have FUN
