Status: offline 		Hi I am interested in expanding my tolerances back there.  I bought the colt anal trainer kit.  I was wondering how long should i leave the plugs in, how often and when to repeate.  Also when do I go for the bigger one and so on?

I tell all my subs to use a butt plug for about 1 hour a day....

Status: offline 		you may find your body wants to expel a butt plug when initially putting it in ... if so wait a few moments and try again -- it is what my experience has been with each time i've taken it out of my toy box. And with the second attempt it has stayed in for me -- maybe it is along the lines of an adaptation.
